description FlexAp is looking for an experienced Client Support Specialist to join our company and work with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.
responsibilities - Provide software installation and training services to clients (on-site and online) - Provide support to clients for software and hardware related issues - Propose solutions addressing client’s business needs - Build relationships with key employees among customers - Advise clients on creating profitable processes - Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate - Alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer’s needs
required qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field - At least 1 year of experience in customer service role - Very good knowledge of both oral and written English - Good computer and technical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships - Ability to learn fast and work under pressure
